With our properties, we provide space not only for residential or commercial use, but for a wide variety of dynamic uses.

These include commercial properties that are open to young artists and designers, for example as part of the Vienna Art Week or Vienna Design Week, to filmmakers as inspiring spaces or to start-ups to use as physical pop-up stores.
