At JP Hospitality, we aim to work with our international partners to sustainably expand the market position of our European hotel portfolio. We invest in leisure and city hotels in prime locations in Europe’s major cities and leading regions. Our focus is on hotels that are looking for new owners, be it because they are facing an investment backlog or because they are looking for a new operating approach. With our expertise and financial strength, we are a reliable partner on the hotel investment market. JP Hospitality is an owner-controlled group of investors based in Vienna. Our plan is to invest around 500 million euro in new hotel acquisitions over the next 3 years.

JP Hospitality’s strategy is to develop profitable hotel assets in attractive cities or up-and-coming tourism regions, and in the mid to upscale leisure and lifestyle segment, with contemporary, iconic concepts and attractive pricing. Each hotel will be uniquely developed as “one of a kind”. We aim to expand our attractive hospitality portfolio by acquiring existing independent hotels, focusing exclusively on city and leisure hotels in attractive locations within the eurozone. Following acquisition, we pursue an active value creation strategy.

We acquire these hotels as part of targeted CapEx programmes, and then refurbish, redesign and rebrand (3R value creation strategy) them. All phases of this process (of repositioning) are conducted in close cooperation with our experienced expert partners, including hotel consultants, architects, designers, building consultants and selected operators. The aim is to create hip, on-trend leisure and lifestyle hotels. Together with the new operators, the hotels are modernised to ensure they meet the expectations of today’s business and leisure tourists. These mid and upscale hotels can then all justifiably claim to be “one of a kind”.

Our team holds all the personal and professional hospitality qualifications that are needed to acquire and/or implement high-end hotel projects. They have accumulated many years of experience as senior and hotel managers, and have the required real estate property and private equity expertise for establishing a well positioned hotel portfolio. Making use of their large network of established and highly specialised hospitality partners across Europe, they are consistently expanding our hotel portfolio.
