Hotel management

We can run your hotel for you with a management, lease or hybrid contract. As an experienced operator, we will help you to choose a brand that suits your property and will ensure profitability. We have experience with all kinds of different concepts, from classic business hotels to holiday resorts.

Our operations are in the range of 100–400 rooms/accommodation units and our strategic orientation is focused particularly on the countries in the eurozone and Switzerland.

At our headquarters in Vienna, we have a well-developed head office structure which supports and supervises the individual hotels in the principal departments – covering Hotel Development, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Commercial (incl. Sales & Marketing) and IT.

We also benefit from a very flat structure and short communication paths. As a medium-sized company, JPI Hospitality is able to devote a particularly high level of attention to the management of individual projects.

We have an international network of colleagues and specialists across the hotel industry, which we can draw on when it comes to recruiting special talent and hotel managers for individual projects and which helps us in many areas.
