Since its founding by Hubert Santner in 1989, Santner Immobilienberatung GmbH – in which JP Real Estate Group currently holds a 90 percent stake – has stood for reliable, service-oriented property management.
Managing a property portfolio of roughly 1,050,000 m², primarily in Vienna and the surrounding area, the team takes care of conventional rental properties, new developments, condominium complexes, and selected hotel and commercial properties.
Particular emphasis is placed on the ongoing maintenance of the properties – always in line with the latest technological advancements. On-site property managers are supported by the in-house, fully licensed technical and engineering office.
