Palais Wohlleben

Heritage meets innovation

The Palais Wohlleben combines heritage and innovation, historicism and modernity. It is where imperial splendour meets luxury living in a perfect symbiosis.

The palace was converted into a contemporary luxury property while taking every care to preserve the charm and character of the old building.

The project

The unprecedented renovation of the grand period property was carried out in collaboration with BWM Architekten. Magnificent stylistic elements from the era of historicism were preserved, enhanced and combined with modern fixtures and fittings. Each apartment in the period building has an open space as well as its own wine cabinet together with an exclusively furnished wine cellar with sophisticated tasting and lounge areas, creating a unique living culture in the embassy district.

Marketing

The positioning focused on the concept of heritage meets innovation. With this project, JP Real Estate set new standards in luxury real estate marketing in Austria.
