The Guesthouse is a designer hotel regarded as a home in the heart of Vienna by urban nomads unwilling to relinquish private ambience and exclusiveness. The building offers hospitality and conviviality in a setting that reveals the modernity and history of Viennese design.

The Project

While the timeless architecture of the building comes from Arkan Zeytinoglu, the interiors of the 39 suites as well as the restaurant and bar area originate from none other than British interior designer Sir Terence Conran. Consequently, a sofa not only looks like a Wittmann but is a Wittmann – as are the chairs by Oswald Haerdtl and the lamps by Serge Mouille. In addition to the deluxe interior appointments, the rooms offer a great view to the Vienna Opera and the Albertina.

The Property

1.720 m2

Due to its clear positioning, The Guesthouse has not only managed to rank among Vienna‘s top hotels but was also featured in a weekend edition of the New York Times.
