Founded in 2018 as a spin-off of JP Real Estate, puck now connects more than 1,200 properties, property managers and their residents throughout Austria with its digital notice board, the puck Board.

The digital ecosystem consists of a native app, web app and hardware components. It simplifies communication, reduces operating costs and administrative effort, delivers convenience in residential properties and makes living more sustainable. But puck can also do much more than that: by integrating a marketplace, this good spirit also takes care of making the surrounding neighbourhood more environmentally friendly and creates added value in the area.

The digital notice board makes any building smart – whether a new building or an existing property. The board enables communication in real time and provides relevant information, dates and neighbourhood news. And it all happens, as if by magic, at the touch of a button.

The puck parcel box makes it easy for residents to receive parcels – even when no one is home. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A push notification in the puck app informs the building users when a delivery has arrived. And it is also available for everyone to use as a drop-off point. Simply generate an individual access code via the puck app and off you go!

The digital doorbell system with video telephony system not only shows residents who is at the front door and ringing the bell, but the central entrance door can also be opened by pressing a button in the app – no matter where you are! It’s really very clever!
