With the leisure brand „Casa Cook“, operated by Treasurests Hospitality, there is a new operator for the JP Hospitality Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy.

With this acquisition for about 40 million euros, JP Real Estate has concluded a successful year of acquisitions.

The top flat studio in Trieste, acquired by JP Hospitality Investors Club and redesigned in cooperation with the operator URBANAUTS, has now opened.
