Palais Herzmansky

Living in a city palace

The sensitive revitalisation of the turn-of-the-century building has restored the splendour of the past. If the architectural character of Vienna were to be encapsulated in one building, it would be the Palais Herzmansky – where grand history meets puristic design.

The city palace serves as a refuge in the heart of a vibrant cosmopolitan city and provides plenty of space for good living.

The project

The prestigious apartment building was carefully restored in collaboration with TM Architekten. Each courtyard apartment has a large terrace with a view of the communal gardens. The puristically designed outdoor areas were created as a deliberate contrast to the historical façade of the old building. The centrepiece of the house, which was built in 1880, is the former apartment of the owner Herzmansky where details such as the original fittings on the windows and doors have been retained.

Marketing

Alongside an advertisement campaign, a key element of the marketing strategy was a high-quality brochure – only given to interested parties in person – showcasing the historical city palace in a contemporary manner.
